Ingredients:

* For the base we need:
– 1-1/4 cups of crackers
– 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted
– 8 oz of Cream Cheese, softened
– 10 oz of ricotta (Room temperature)
– A pinch of salt (optional, it depends on the cheese used)
* For Cheesecakes Salad Caprese style
– Some fresh basil leaves
– grated mozzarella
– 2 medium tomatoes for decoration
– Fresh Mini Mozzarella for decoration (option)
– mini basil leaves for decoration
* For surimi cheesecakes
– 4 Surimis
– Fresh dill
** ❤mini sandwich❤ **
– Soft bread
– Salami
– Cheese
– Pickle
– Mini fresh Mozzarella for decoration, replace with cherry tomatoes or olives depending on the choice
*** ❤Toast Tuna Rillettes ❤***
– Crackers
– 1 can of tuna drained and crumbled
– 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
– 1 boiled egg
– Salt pepper
– 1 tsp italian seasoning
– fresh lemon juice
– Paprika and chives for decoration
** ❤Mimosa egg broths ❤**
– 6 hard boiles eggs
– 2 tsp of Mayonnaise
– Salt pepper
– 1 tsp italian seasoning
– Dill relish (Option)
– Paprika and chives for decoration
