In this episode, I’d like to share with you ‘Ham&Cheese Roll Ups’ recipe, one of my favorite appetizer recipes. These appetizers are very popular with my friends and family. A flavor explosion in your mouth 🙂 They are extremely easy to make, a very delicious snack for your guests and also a great option for low-carb breakfast. Hope you give it a try!

INGREDIENTS (makes 12 rolls)
100 gr. (3.5 oz) cream cheese
(you can also use light cream cheese)
6 thin slices cooked beef ham
(you can also use low fat smoked turkey)
5-6 sun dried apricots (cubed)
One handful walnuts (coarsely chopped)
7-8 chopped fresh mint leaves, plus more to garnish
Olive oil
Salt & blackpepper
Toothpicks
DIRECTIONS
For filling: Transfer cream cheese into a bowl.
Add walnuts, sun dried apricots, mint and mix well.
Sprinkle a tiny pinch of salt&pepper mix again.
Cut ham slices into two pieces, so you have 12 half slices.
Divide the filling into portions approximately.
Lay one half slice of ham on a flat surface.
Spread one portion filling on the short edge of ham, and roll.
Secure with a toothpick, transfer to a plate.
Repeat with remaining ham slices, then drizzle with some olive oil, sprinkle a pinch of pepper.
Garnish with chopped mint leaves and enjoy!
Or keep covered in the fridge until serving.
