These Jalapeno Popper Wonton Cups are a nice alternative to your typical Jalapeno Popper Recipe. As a matter of fact I think that these Jalapeno Popper Wonton Cups are even better than Jalapeno Poppers. The cup design allows you to add even more filling than normal Poppers without the chance of any of the filling leaking out. This Appetizer recipe would be great for the Super Bowl, Pot Luck or Holiday Dinners. This Recipe is a must try. This is something that you can really get creative with.
I have a lot of Wonton Wrappers left, so I will be trying to come up with even more Wonton Wrapper recipe ideas in the near future.
Ingredients for Jalapeno Popper Wonton Cups:
* 4 to 6 Jalapeno Peppers Diced
* 12 Wonton Wrappers
* 12 Oz. Bacon Cooked
* 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
* 4 Oz. Cream Cheese
* 8 Oz. Shredded Cheese
* Preheat oven to 350F
* Add all ingredients together except for wonton wrappers and mix
together, reserving a little bacon and shredded cheese.
* Place Wonton Wrappers in muffin tin and cook for 8 minutes at
350F
* Remove Muffin Tin from oven and stuff Wonton Wrappers with
the filling, and place in oven for 10 minutes at 350F
* Let cool and enjoy
