Little Recipe of Mine: Ahi Tuna Appetizer
Served well with tortilla chips or crackers
Finely Chop a Half Small Red Onion (Use As Needed)
1 Tuna Steak (Sushi Grade Fish) (Keep Cold / Chill on Ice)
Cut Into Cubes and Place in Bowl with Onions
Add in Teaspoon of Freshly Minced Jalapeño
Half Cup of Freshly Chopped Mango (Stir)
Make Sauce
1 Quarter Teaspoon of Brown Sugar
1 Quarter Teaspoon of Chili Oil
2 Tablespoons of Rice Vinegar (Mix Together)
Pour into Bowl with Tuna
Add a Couple Pinches of Salt (Mix Again)
Add in Lime Juice (Helps Make Raw Tuna Fresh and Edible)
Serve w/ Chips or Crackers and Enjoy!
