1 tbsp oil + frying
1 tsp cumin seeds/jeera
1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
2-3 green chillies finely chopped
1 small onion finely chopped
1 small carrot finely chopped
1/2 capsicum finely chopped
Salt to taste
Pepper to season
250 gms fresh mashed paneer
1-2 boiled grated potatoes
3-4 tbsp grated cheese
1 bread slice
1/2 tsp red chilly flakes
1/2 tsp mixed herb seasoning
Some fresh coriander
1/4 cup cornflour mixed with 3/4 cup water
1 cup bread crumbs
