8 Tbs – unsalted butter (1 stick)
10 ounces cups chopped fresh baby spinach
2 – 14 ounce cans artichoke hearts
4 ounces – cream cheese
1/4 cup – sour cream
1/4 cup – mayonnaise
1 cup – shredded parmesan cheese (divided into half cups)
1/2 tsp – cayenne pepper
1 tsp – salt
1 Tbs – minced garlic
3 stalks green onions chopped
