Stuffed Chicken Recipe in English:
4 K&N’s TenderBrest
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 Egg
1 cup bread crumbs
Oil (for frying)
Filling ingredients:
1 Cup Carrots (shredded)
1 tsp Garlic (chopped)
1 cup Green Onion
Salt to taste
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
½ tsp White pepper
½ tsp Oregano
1 Egg
3 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese
3 tbsp Cheddar Cheese
Directions:
1- Thaw the K&N’s TenderBrest as per Instructions on the pack.
2- In a bowl, add carrots, garlic, green onion, salt, black pepper powder, egg, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, oregano and mix them well.
3- Ham each K&N’s TenderBrest and top with prepared filling. Roll up and tuck in ends; secure with toothpicks.
4- In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, salt, paprika and pepper. In another bowl, whisk egg. Place bread crumbs in a third bowl. Dip chicken in flour mixture, then egg mixture; roll in crumbs.
5- In a small skillet, brown chicken in oil from all sides. Transfer to a baking tray. Top with mozzarella cheese.
6- Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 15 – 20 minutes.

Cooking Time: 25-30 minutes
