Suji balls Ingredients
21 balls
Prep time 20 min
Cook time30 min

To make suji balls:
1. 150 grams suji
2. 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder
3. 1/2 tsp Salt
4. 1/2 tsp Black pepper

For veggies:
1. 2 tbsp oil
2. 2 tbsp Red bell pepper, finely chopped
3. 2 tbsp Yellow bell pepper, finely chopped
4. 2 tbsp Capsicum, finely chopped
5. 1 Onion medium sized, finely chopped
6. 3-4 tbsp French beans, finely chopped
7. 2 tbsp Carrot, finely chopped
8. 2 tbsp Cabbage, finely chopped
9. 1 tsp Garlic, crushed
10. 1 tsp Ginger, grated
11. 1-2 piece Green chilly, finely chopped
12. 3/4 tsp Salt to taste
13. 3/4 tsp Black pepper
14. 1 ½-2 tsp Red chilly sauce
15. 1 ½ tsp dark Soya sauce
16. Tomato ketchup as required
17. 1 tsp Vinegar
18. Spring onions for garnishing
19. Oil to fry
