In this video we have prepared an No Oil Healthy Indian Breakfast recipe. This no oil breakfast recipe is perfect recipe for all age group.
This recipe we have cooked with Gram Flour and Beet Root. Beat Root adds nutritious value and color as well. This recipe can be prepared hardly in 5-10 minutes. Very easy, tasty and healthy recipe.
The special feature of this recipe is No Single drop of oil, we have used.
We have also describe the pan (tawa) we have used. On this tawa we can prepare crispy Cheelas and Dosas also.

Ingredients
Gram Flour – 100 gms.
Beet Root – Small (Coarsely Grind)
White Salt – 1.5 tspn
Ajwain – 1/2 tspn
Asaphoetida – 2 pinch
Red Chili Powder – 1/2 tspn
Water
