Boiling water- 3/4 cup
Yogurt/Curd- 1 cup or as required
Raw Potato- 2 medium-sized
Chopped Tomato- 2 tbsp
Chopped Capsicum- 2 tbsp
Chopped Onion- 1 medium size
Green chili to taste
Salt to taste
Red Chilli powder to taste
Chopped Coriander leaves- 2 tbsp
Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder- 1 tsp
Black pepper powder- 1/4 tsp
Oil as required
