3 EASY VEGAN BREAKFAST RECIPES

Here’s 3 super easy vegan breakfast recipes 🙂

🌸 FULL RECIPES:
1. Banana Nice Cream:
• Blend frozen bananas + a splash of water together (this works best if you use a high speed blender and the least amount of liquid as possible)
• Add your favorite toppings (fruit, granola, nuts, seeds, etc)

2. PB&J Overnight Oats:
• Combine 1 cup rolled oats + 1 tsp chia seeds + peanut butter + jelly + berries of your choice + any other toppings (buckinis, nuts, granola, etc) together in a jar
• Add almond milk (or any other plant milk) and mix everything together
• Set in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy the next morning 🙂
*These overnight oats would be perfect to enjoy on a school day because you can quickly grab it out of the refrigerator and take it to go!

3. Fruity Rawnola Cereal:
• Blend 15 medjool dates + 1/2 cup rolled oats + 1/2 cup buckinis (or buckwheat groats) + 1/2 cup shredded coconut + 1 tbsp cacao powder together
• Pulse until evenly chopped
• Set in the refrigerator overnight
• The next morning, combine some of the rawnola with fruit + any other toppings of your choice (buckinis, nuts, seeds, peanut butter, etc) and a splash of almond milk (or any other plant milk)

🌿 WHY VEGAN?
• As you will see after viewing my content, I follow a high carb low fat (HCLF) vegan diet. I have been eating this way for 1.5 years and I love it so much. This diet has been heavily researched and is proven to be the healthiest and most sustainable way of eating for our health, the planet, and the animals (see links below for more info). Within a week of going vegan, I got off of my anti-depressant and anti-anxiety medications, improved my digestion, and increased my energy levels and overall happiness. Because of my success with this lifestyle, I have decided to use social media as an outlet for sharing my experience on a vegan diet and to inspire others. I hope you’ll join me on my journey! ♡
