♡ Baked Blueberry Oatmeal Cups

5 servings (5 oatmeal cups)
Bake at 425º for 5 minutes, then decreases oven temperature to 375º and continue baking for 12 minutes

1C mashed banana (1 large banana worked for me)
1C old-fashioned rolled oats, uncooked
1 egg
1TSP baking powder
1 TSP vanilla
1/2C blueberries, fresh or frozen

♡ Breakfast Egg Cups:

9 servings (9 egg cups)
Cook in oven at 375º for 20-25 minutes

6 large eggs
1/4 C milk
1/8 TSP salt and ground pepper
1 bell pepper + veggies of choice
3/4C spinach
1/4C cheddar cheese

♡ Crock Pot Peach & Blueberry Oatmeal:

8 servings
Cook in crock pot on low for 8 hours

3C steel cut oats, uncooked
8C water
1 pound frozen or fresh peaches
2C frozen blueberries
1 1/2-2 TSP ground cinnamon
1 1/2 TSP sea salt
