Baked Italian Veg Tokri is a bread pizza recipe for breakfast and evening snacks. It’s very simple and easy ingredients recipe and can be made within few minutes.
Ingredients:
6 slices of white bread/ brown bread
2 tbsp Amul butter
Pinch of salt
1/4 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp chilly flakes
1/4 tsp black pepper
For stuffing:
1/2 cup finely chopped Red bell pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped broccoli
1/2 cup boiled sweet corn kernels
1/2 cup finely chopped green capsicum
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/3 cup grated amul processed cheese
1/3 cup grated mozarella cheese
1 tsp Italian mixed herbs
Red chilly flakes as needed
½ tsp Black pepper
Salt to taste
