Ingredients:
3/4 Cup Blueberries, Frozen (105g)
1 Cup Strawberries, Frozen (140g)
1/3 Cup Old Fashioned Oats (26g)
1 Teaspoon Chia Seeds (3.5g)
1 Tablespoon Honey or other sweetener like Maple Syrup or Agave Nectar (15ml)
1/2 Cup Coconut Milk (120ml)
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth scraping down the sides as needed. Serve immediately, topped with granola, nuts, seeds, or fruit.
