I filled my boxes with:
– diced roasted sweet potato (bake 25-30 mins 180C/375F)
– smoked salmon slices
– avocado wedges in lemon juice with sesame and chia seeds
– soft boiled eggs
– cherry tomatoes
– pecans
– wilted spinach leaves
– sautéed mushrooms
– sweetcorn
❤ ❤ ❤ OMELETTE WRAPS ❤ ❤ ❤
Mix together:
– 6 eggs
– ½ cup or 250ml egg whites
– 1tbs sesame seeds
– 1 tbs all purpose seasoning
– 2 tbs parmesan cheese
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Fry and flip your omelette wrap.
I filled my wrap with pumpkin hummus, spinach leaves, grated beetroot, grated carrot and turkey breast slices.
