This Easy Indian breakfast recipe, cheese corn kebab is very simple and a popular party snacks food. You can also use it as evening snack recipe.
Ingredients:
200 grams boiled sweet corn kernels
2 medium sized boiled and mashed potatoes
1 small size finely chopped onion
½ inch piece of grated ginger
2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
2 tbsp finely chopped carrot
Finely chopped mint levaes
Freshly chopped coriander leaves
¾ tsp Cumin powder
½ tsp garam masala
½ tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp Rice flour
Bread crumbs as needed
Cheese slices
Oil to fry kebabs
