Dahi Sandwich Recipe (दही के सेन्डविच )
White Bread (व्हाइट ब्रेड) – 4 Slices (otion: brown bread, multigrain)
Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) – 1 tbsp grated
Cabbage (पत्ता गोभी) – 1 tbsp grated
Carrot (गाजर) – 1 tbsp chopped
Ghee घी – 2 tbsp
Salt (नमक) – 1 tsp or as per taste
Cucumber (खीरा) – 2 tbsp grated
Onion (प्याज) – 2 tbsp grated/chopped
Black Pepper (काली मिर्च) – 1/2 tsp (as per taste)
Hang Curd (पानी निकाल हुआ दही) – 200 gm
