Flattened Rice (Light Aval) – 1.1/2 Cup
Big Onion – 2 Nos / 1 Cup (Chopped)
Oil – 2 Tsp
Mustard seeds – 1/2 Tsp
Bengal gram dal – 1 Tsp
Urad dal – 1 Tsp
Red Chili – 1 No(or) To taste
Curry leaves – 1 Spring
Asafoetida powder – 1/4 Tsp
Coriander leaves – To garnish
Salt – To taste
Water – To rinse
Lemon Juice – Optional
