This is a mushroom stuffed omelette or Omelette tortilla , topped with some low carb cheese sauce and a generous helping of mozzarella cheese all broiled in the oven for 5 min. The result Is a mouth watering meal, cooked to perfection that you cannot resist.
Granted that this recipe has a few steps, but you have to treat this egg dish more like a dinner or lunch dish. It is elaborate has veggies fats and flavour. I love the look of it when it comes out of the oven, with the chees melting on top and the sauce all warm and gooey. Yummy! Hope you guys enjoy the video as much as I enjoyed making it.
