Matcha Mint Chip Smoothie Bowl

1/4-1/3 of a frozen banana
1/2 cup almond milk
big handful fresh mint

Lemon Chia Pancakes

NOTE FOR SUBBING COCONUT FLOUR: MUST USE 1:4 ratio coconut flour to other flour, ie. you need more. for every 1/4 cup coconut flour you need 1 cup of a different one.

2 eggs
3/4 cup almond milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp lemon extract
1 tbsp chia seeds

Egg And Hash Bowl

1/4 cup shredded brussel sprouts
