1/2 tsp vanilla (or more)
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tbsp flax
chocolate chips
coco whip *** THIS IS A MUST OK
maple syrup **** THIS IS ALOS A MUST OK ESP IF U CANADIAN heh
Banana Bread:
1 small banana
2 heaped tbsp apple sauce
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tsp BP
4 tbsp flour
pinch of salt
1 tbsp of raisins/chocolate chips *more for toppings
Loaded Potatoes:
4-5 small potatoes
water to cover
salsa
corn
cheese (vegan if desired)
soy jerky/”bacon” bits
spices: oregano, onion powder, salt, pepper, paprika, nutritional yeast, cilantro, green onions etc.
optionally: sour cream!!
