Today’s special is Kerala Puttu served along with Kadala Curry and Elaichi Chai. Grinding and making the puttu fresh from matta rice and steaming it along with some freshly grated coconut is simply divine and when you serve it along with some Kadala Curry and Elaichi Chai, it makes the breakfast complete.
I also enjoy having puttu along with milk, jaggery and cut bananas. Do give this recipe and try and let us know how you like it.
