Muli Paratha Recipe in Hindi | Punjabi Recipe | Breakfast Recipes | Swaad Anusaar With Seema



Learn how to make Muli Paratha with Chef Seema only on Swaad Anusaar.

Muli Paratha is an Indian bread belonging to Punjabi Cuisine. Muli Paratha is a best alternative of plain chapati or roti.

Ingredients

2 to 3 Grated Raddish (Muli)
2 Finely Chopped Green Chillies
1 Tsp Coriander Seeds
1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
1 Tsp Carom Seeds
Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves
Wheat Flour
Water
Salt To Taste

Method

-Take 2 to 3 grated Raddish and add salt to taste and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes.
-Now squeeze the grated raddish with your palms and remove the excess water
-Add 2 finely chopped Greenn chillies, 1 Tsp Coriander seeds powder, 1/2 Tsp Cumin seeds powder, 1 Tsp Carom seeds, finely chopped Coriander leaves and mix it well.
-Now stuff this mixture in a Chapati dough and roll it gently.
-Heat a pan and roast the Paratha and add ghee.

Delicious and yummy Muli Ka Paratha is ready to serve!
