Kheema Pav Recipe For Sehari And Breakfast | Mutton Kheema My Kitchen My Dish
Mutton Kheema is a famous dish which can be enjoyed in every meal but in the month of Ramzan it is very useful to eat to in Sehari and full of nourishment. The combination of Kheema and Pav is served in whole Mumbai in the breakfast. Do try and let me know your views.
Ingredients:
Mutton Kheema 500 gms
Oil 1 cup
Elaichi/Green Cardimum 3pcs
Lavang/Cloves 3 pcs
Dal Chini/Cinnimon Sticks 2 pcs
Onion (finely chopped) 2 pcs
Turmeric/Haldi Powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Coriander/Dhaniya Powder 2 tsp
Black Pepper/Kali Mirch Powder 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin/Jeera Powder 1/2 tsp
Red Chilly Powder 2 tsp
Green Chillies 2-3 tsp
Kasuri Methi 1 tsp
Water 1/2 glass
Coriander Leaves
