BANANA BREAD PANCAKES:
1 cup buckwheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
pinch salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. chia seeds / 1 tbsp. water
2.5 tbsp. maple syrup
1 ripe banana
1 ¼ cup nut milk
1 tsp. vanilla essence
oil (optional)
SPICY BAKED BEANS:
1 small white onion
1 small red onion
4 garlic cloves
oil (optional)
chilli
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tbsp. dried oregano
1 tbsp. smoked paprika
pinch cayenne pepper
1.5 tbsp. coconut palm sugar
1 tin haricot or cannellini beans
½ tsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. tamari
1 cup pasata
sea salt and black pepper (to taste)
touch of water (add to thin out consistency of baked beans if you wish to)
SWEET POTATO & CARROT ROSTI:
1 medium sweet potato
2 carrots
1 medium white onions
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. turmeric
dried parsley
½ tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. chilli flakes
120g chickpea flour
sea salt and black pepper (to taste)
big handful fresh coriander
grapeseed oil (optional)
