Here is how to make Potato Pancake Recipe or Alur Pancake. It is very popular for quick and easy breakfast recipe. Also Potato Pancakes are very healthy snacks.
Ingredients of Potato Pancake:
1. Aloo / Potato (2 medium sizes).
2. Chopped ginger garlic (1 tsp).
3. Chopped onion (1medium size).
4. Chopped coriander leaves (2 tbsp).
5. Gram flour (2 or 3 tbsp).
6. Chopped green chilli.
7. 2 eggs.
8. Black pepper powder (½ tsp).
9. Cheese cubes (2 pc).
10. Salt (as per your taste).
11. Refined oil.
Step by step making of Potato pancake:
1. Finely grate the potatoes and soak in water for 15 min.
2. Then strain the extra water from the grated potatoes.
3. Take a mixing bowl. Add potatoes in it.
4. Add chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, and chopped ginger garlic.
5. Add chopped green chilli, ¼ tsp black pepper powder, and grated cheese.
6. Add 2 tbsp gram flour, 2 eggs, and salt to taste.
7. Mixed all the ingredients very well.
8. Then heat the pan and add 5 tbsp oil in it.
9. Fry pan cake in medium flame.
10. Serve hot Alur pancake with sauce or chutney.
