Ingredients:
1 cup Vermicelli/ Semiya
3 medium sized boiled and mashed potatoes
1 medium sized grated Carrot
Freshly chopped coriander leaves
2 pieces of chopped green chilly
½ inch piece of grated ginger
¼ cup boiled and crushed green peas
¾ tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chilly powder
1/3 cup bread crumbs or as needed
2 tbsp roasted peanut powder
2 tsp lemon juice
Oil for frying
For coating:
1 ½ tbsp All purpose flour
Roasted vermicelli
