125 g crumbled tofu
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1/4 cup diced fresh tomato
1 1/2 cups fresh spinach
1/4 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp hot sauce
MADDIE”S BURRITO:
1/2 cup diced potato

1/2 cup cooked black beans

1/4 of an avocado smushed and spread on wrap

1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp sriracha
