Ingredients:
3 tbsp Oil
Coriander leaves, chopped
Tomato Mixture (1 onion,2 tomatoes, 7-8 black pepper, Rock Flower, 10-12 garlic cloves, 1/2 inch ginger)
Coriander & green chilli paste
1/2 kg Chicken
1 tbsp Mix Masala
Salt to taste
Water as required
Method of preparation:
Heat oil in a vessel, add coriander leaves, tomato mixture, coriander & green chilli paste.
Saute it until it starts leaving aroma.
Add chicken, mix masala, salt, mix well and add water.
Close the lid and cook it till the chicken is done.
Our Gavran Chicken is ready to serve.
