In the Chicken Momo Recipe I have show step by step process of making Chicken Momo. Momo is a type of South Asian dumpling; native to Tibet, Nepal, and the Sikkim, Assam and Darjeeling regions of India. It is similar to Chinese baozi and jiaozi, Mongolian buuz, Japanese gyoza and Korean mandu.

All purpose flour(maida)-1 cup
Cooking oil – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1/3 tsp
Chicken (boneless) – 200 gm(washed)
Salt to taste or 1 tsp
Soy Sauce -1 tbsp
Black pepper powder – 1/3 tsp
Spring onion(chopped) – 1/4 cup
Green chilli (chopped)- 3
Garlic (chopped)- 4 cloves
Cooking oil – 1 tbsp
