List of ingredients for the wings
1 kg of wings in total
Balsamic Wings | 1/4 kg of wings | 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar | 3 cloves of garlic | fresh rosemary | 1 tsp of garlic & black pepper
Bake for 35 mins. Open the foil after the 15 min mark and place them under the broiler for the remainder of the time.
Tamarind BBQ Sauce | 1 cup of tamarind juice | 1/4 of white onion finally diced | 1 scotch bonnet pepper |1 cup of ketchup | 1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce | Sprigs of Thyme | 1 & 1/2 tbsps of brown sugar
Fried Wings | 1 & 1/2 tbsps of corn flour / all purpose flour | 1 tbsp of garlic powder | 1 tsp of paprika | 1 tsp of black pepper | Salt
Quesadiva sauce | Ketchup, Mustard & Honey
