This video will show you how to cook chicken inasal barbecue. This is a version wherein boneless chcken breasts are sliced into thin pieces, marinated in inasal marinade, and then skewered in bamboo skewers.

Here are the ingredients for chicken inasal:
2 lbs. boneless chicken breast, sliced thinly
4 thumbs ginger, crushed
½ cup lemongrass, crushed and chopped
10 tablespoons annatto oil
¼ cup brown sugar
10 tablespoons coconut vinegar
½ teaspoon crushed peppercorn
1 ½ teaspoon salt
½ cup margarine
