Chicken keema is made by adding herbs to minced chicken along with spices and vegetables as you cook them by saute` at a medium flame, to serve it with chapati/naan/bread/pav as the best Chicken Recipes.
Chicken Kheema Aloo Matar

Ingredients
500 gms Chicken (Minced/Kheema)
04 tbl Spoons Cooking Oil
02 Onions (Chopped)
01 tbl Spoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1/6 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
1.5 tsp Garam Masala
1.5 tsp Salt
01 tsp Red Chilli Powder
100 ml Water
100 gms Green Peas (Matar)
02 Potatoes
02 Green Chillies
01 Tbl Spoon Coriander Leaves
1/2 Lime Juice

Chicken Kheema Aloo Matar
Cooking Instructions
1) To a cooking pot add oil, and saute` the Onions and ginger garlic paste until Onions are translucent and the ginger garlic paste is well cooked for around 2-3 minutes.
2) Add the spices as mentioned in the ingredients above as you saute` at a low flame to avoid burning the spices.
3) Add the minced chicken and cook at a medium flame, also add water if required gradually if the chicken is too stiff or firm to cook.
4) Add green peas / matar and potatoes and cook by covering the lid for around 5 minutes.
5) Uncover the lid, add green chilies and coriander and cover with a lid and simmer at a low flame for 10-12 minutes.
