Chicken Macaroni
Ingredients
Boneless Chicken – 200 gms
Macaroni shell – 1 cup
Soy sauce – 3 Tbsp
Corn flour – 2 Tsp
Onion – 1 cup finely chopped
Chopped Garlic
Chopped Ginger
Green chili – 1 no. chopped
Capsicum – 1 no. finely chopped
Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 Tsp
Tomato – 1 cup finely chopped
Kashmiri Chili powder – 1/2 Tsp
Tomato Ketchup – 3 Tbsp
Chili flakes
Oil
Pepper
Salt to taste
Chopped Coriander leaves

Method
1. Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, corn flour, salt, pepper. Mix them well and marinate it for about 30 minutes
2. Cook the macaroni shells with salt and oil
3. Cook the marinated chicken with some oil and keep them aside
4. In the same pan, saute onions, garlic, ginger, green chilies, capsicums, ginger garlic paste
5. Saute these for about 2 minutes
6. Add chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper and chili flakes
7. Add tomato ketchup and the cooked chicken pieces
8. Toss them together and add the cooked macaroni shells
9. Indian Style Chicken Macaroni is ready to be served now
