1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
10 Curry leaves
2-3 Green Chillies
2 Tbsp Chilli Garlic Paste
Pinch of edible red food color
2. Sweet and Spicy Chicken Wings Recipe
Ingredients:
For frying wings:
1 lb Chicken Wings – 6 Whole wings cut into winglets and drummettes
Oil for frying
For Sauce:
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp minced Garlic
1 small Onion – diced finely
1/3 cup Tomato Ketchup
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Honey
2 Tbsp Hot Sauce (Sriracha) or your favorite hot sauce
1 Tsp Chicken stock powder – Stock cubes or liquid stock works too
1 Tsp Sugar – For additional sweetness (optional)
1 Tbsp Slurry – 1 Tbsp Cornstarch mixed with 1 Tbsp water
Serve remaining sauce as a dipping sauce
