DoNugs ( Chicken + Cheese) Recipe by Food Fusion

A great new fusion of Donuts and Chicken Nuggets . We call them DoNugs. Let us kn ow what you would call them? #HappyCookingToYou

DoughNugs Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Chicken cubes 750 gms
-Chanay (Chickpeas) boiled 1/3 Cup
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Soy sauce 1 tsp
-Bread slices 2
-Mozzarella cheese slices as required
-Anday (Eggs) beaten 2
-Bread crumbs 1 Cup or as required
-Oil for frying
Cheese sauce:
-Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
-Chedder cheese 2 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
-Red chili flakes to sprinkle

Directions:
-In chopper,add chicken cubes,chickpeas,ginger garlic paste,black pepper powder,salt,red chili powder, paprika powder,soy sauce,bread slices and chop until well combined.
-Grease your hands with oil,take a mixture,make a ball and flatten the mixture.
-Place mozzarella cheese slices in doughnut shape and press gently, grease hands with oil and cover the cheese with mince mixture completely.
-Now dip into beaten eggs then coat in bread crumbs.
-In frying pan,heat oil and fry on low flame until done.
For Cheese sauce:
-In saucepan,add butter and let it melt,add all-purpose flour and mix well.
-Gradually add milk and mix.
-Add cheddar cheese and cook until sauce thickens.
-Add salt and mix well.Cheese sauce is ready.
-Drizzle cheese sauce and sprinkle red chili flakes & serve.

Ajza:

-Chopper mein chicken cubes,chanay,adrak lehsan paste,kali mirch powder,namak,lal mirch powder, paprika powder,soy sauce aur bread slices dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.
-Haathon ko oil sa grease karein,mixture ko la ker ball bana lein aur mixture ko flat ker lein.
-Mozzarella cheese slices ko doughnut ki shape mein rakh dein,halka sa press karein,haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur cheese ko completely mince mixture sa cover ker lein.
-Anday mein dip karein phir bread crumbs mein coat ker lein.
-Frying pan mein oil garam karein aur halki ancch per fry ker lein.
For Cheese sauce:
-Saucepan mein makhan da ker melt karein,maida dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka doodh shamil karein aur mix ker lein.
-Cheddar cheese dal ker sauce garha hunay tak paka lein.
-Namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.Cheese sauce tayyar hai.
-Cheese sauce aur red chili flakes dal ker serve karein.
