400g Potatoes
¼ tsp. Cumin Seeds
4 Cloves
2″ Cinnamon Stick

4 Dried Kashmiri Red Chillies
¼” Ginger
4 Garlic Cloves
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
3 Tbsp. Vinegar
1 tsp. Sugar
Coriander (for garnishing)

Salt to Taste
