Ingredients:
10-12 chicken sausages
2 medium onions, finely chopped
2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
1 medium green capsicum, sliced
1 cup tomato puree
2 tbsp vinegar
1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
salt to taste
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp butter
2-3 tsp Oil
Method:
Stuff the chicken sausages in a cast and place it in boiling water for 2 mins.
Once boiled, remove them and take out the sausages from the cast onto a plate.
On a pan, heat some oil and add the onions and fry till onions become translucent.
Then add tomatoes & capsicum and fry for another minute.
Add the sausages and mix with the vegetables
Add chilli powder & salt and mix well and then add the tomato puree and give it another mix
Add sugar & vinegar and stir the mixture well
Finally add some butter and cook on a high flame for 1-2 mins
Ready!
