1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml
Ingredients:
1 Kg Chicken (cut into pieces & washed)
1 cup Onion (finely chopped)
½ cup Yogurt
½ Tbsp. Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp. Turmeric Powder
1 Tbsp. Coriander Powder
½ Tbsp. Garam Masala
1 Tbsp. Ginger / Garlic Paste
1 Green Chilli (finely chopped)
3 Tbsp. Tomato Sauce
Fresh Coriander (for garnishing)
6 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste
Serves: 8 -10
