Ingredients:

Boneless Chicken 1/2 Kg
Potatoes 3 (Chopped)
Yogurt 1/2 Cup
Oil 1/2 Cup
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Almond 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Tomatoes 2 (Chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Green Chilli 2 (Paste)
Green Coriander 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Boiled Egg 2
Onion 2 (Chopped and fried)
Salt 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp

Direction:

Step 1: Take a pot and add Oil and preheat it and then add Potatoes and fry it until it become into golden brown color. After that dish out it and then add Almond and fry it until it become into golden brown color. After that dish out it and then add Ginger Garlic Paste in same oil and stir it well and then add Boneless Chicken and stir it for 2 minutes on medium flame. After that add Tomatoes, Green Chilli Paste and stir it well and then add Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder and stir it for 5 minutes on medium flame.

Step 2: After that add some fried onion and add 1 cup water and stir it and cover with lid and cook it for 10 minutes on medium to low flame. After that remove the lid and add Yogurt and stir it for 5 minutes on medium flame. After that your Chicken is ready.

Step 3: Now take a Serving dish and put boiled rice and then add fried onion and then add fried potatoes in edges of the dish and then put chicken (from step 1,2) and then take boiled eggs and cut it into 4 slices and put on the dish edges and then sprinkle Green Coriander, Garam Masala Powder and fried almond. Your Shahjahani Pulao is ready.
