For Making Masala Paste :-
– 2 tbsp Oil
– 1 Bay Leaf
– 4-6 Garlic Cloves
– 2 Green Chillies
– 1 Onion (Chopped)
– 3 Tbsp Dry Coconut
– Coriander Leaves
– 1 Inch Ginger (chopped)
– Salt
– 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
– 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
– 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
For Making Chicken Curry –
– 2 Tbsp oil
– Masala Paste
– 500 Gms Chicken
– 3 Potatoes (chopped)
– Water
– Salt
