Native lobster, cucumber, and pink purslane, black pepper sauce.
A main course of:
Roast Cornish cod, Jersey royals, seaweed and mustard purée,
dashi and sea beet oil.
Dessert
Mango curd, mango salad, iced yoghurt and olive oil
