The Arabic version of the Italian Panna Cotta: Muhallebi or Mahallebi.
A thick dairy based dessert to try this Ramadan for Iftar! You can also try it out for Suhoor! 🙂

Ingredients:
Milk 2 cup
Cream 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/4 cup +2 tablespoon (or you can adjust according to your taste)
Cornstarch 1/3 cup
Rose water 1 teaspoon
For second layer
Water 1/2 cup
Rose syrup 3 tablespoon
Cornstarch 1 tablespoon
You can add your choice of flavor too like vanilla, orange !
