This Pizookie Recipe will leave you craving and drooling. Its probably a sin, but its definitely a pleasure. Presenting a pizza shaped/sized chocolate chip cookie. You cut a slice out like a pizza, and eat it like pizza, except that its a crispy on the outside-soft on the inside cookie, which has NUTELLA in its middle layer. What more do you want?

Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup semi sweet/dark chocolate chips
1/4th cup mashed banana/ 1 egg
1/2 cup softened butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3rd cup room temperature nutella
and a 9 inch pan!
Temperatures:
175 degrees celsius/ 350 Fahrenheit for about 25-30 minutes for a gooey cookie.
If you want a set cookie, then after 25 minutes, cover the top with foil paper and bake for another 5-8 more minutes.
pre-heat oven 175 degrees celsius/350 Fahrenheit for 10 minutes
