Custard Ingredients:
Vanilla Custard 4 tbsp
Milk 1/2 Cup
Sugar 8 tbsp
Milk 1 Litre
Fruits Ingredients:
Banana 2
Apple 1
Pineapple 1/2 Cup
Grapes 1/2 Cup
Cream 1 Packet (200ml)
Icing Sugar 1 tbsp
Direction:
Step 1: Take a bowl and add 1/2 cup milk and add Vanilla Custard and mix it well.
Step 2: Now take a pot and add Milk 1 Litre and boiled it and then stir it and add sugar and cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame with stir.
Step 3: After that add the custard mixture gradually (from Step 1) and stir it for 1 to 2 minutes on medium flame. After that turn off the flame and rest it until it’s become into room temperature.
Step 4: Now take a bowl and add cream and add icing sugar/powdered sugar and mix it well and then cut the all fruits and put it into cream and mix it well and then put this mixture into custard and mix it well and then take cups and fill them with this fruit custard and then decorate with Cherries. Your Fruit Custard Cups is Ready.
