Mango Coconut Agar Agar Dessert-(RECIPE)ココナツ・マンゴーゼリーは美味しかった!

INGREDIENTS

Mango Layer
2 cups unsweetened mango puree
7 tablespoons sugar
4 teaspoons agar agar

Coconut Layer
1 cup coconut milk
8 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons agar agar

1 cup water divided into two.

DIRECTIONS

Combine 1/2 cup water with 4 tablespons agar agar. Stir to dissolve. Add sugar and cook for a couple minutes until sugar has dissolved. Turn off heat and add mango puree in small batches. Stir well. Pour it into a mold.
Add 1/2 cup water with 3 tablespoons agar agar in saucepan. Stir well. Add sugar and cook until sugar has dissolved. Slowly add the coconut milk stirring constantly. Cook for 2 more minutes. Slowly pour over the mango mixture. Make sure the mango mixture is slightly firmed up before this step. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or until firm. Cut into blocks and enjoy.

ココナツ、そしてマンゴー。聞いただけでトロピカルな夏の気分。これらを使ってゼリーを作ってみたら、本当に美味しかった。

<材料>
(マンゴーゼリー)
・マンゴーピューレ 500g
・砂糖 100g
・寒天 小さじ3~4(ブランドによります。600cc分をご用意ください)
・水 100cc
(ココナツゼリー)
・ココナツミルク 400cc
・砂糖 120g
・寒天 小さじ2~4(ブランドによります。500cc分をご用意ください)
・水 100cc

<作り方>
・寒天を煮立て砂糖を入れます。
・マンゴーまたはココナツミルクを少しずついれます。
・順に型に流し込んで冷蔵庫で冷やしたら出来上がり。
 なお、二つ目の材料を流し入れる際、最初の材料が固まり掛けたタイミングで入れてください。
