Ingredients:
– 2 mangoes
– ½ cup – 110 gms of granulated sugar
– ½ Vanil1a pod or 1 tsp of vanilla essence
– 3 cups – 800 gms of Yogurt
Method:
– In blender add the granulated sugar and vanilla paste and grind it
– Add it to the mangoes and the mango and grind it and the mango mixture is ready
– Whisk the yogurt until it is smooth and then incorporate the mango mixture into it
– Place the yogurt into the bowls and garnish it with pomegranate seeds.
