Ingredients:
One 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple in its own juice, UNDRAINED and chiled
One 1.34 oz box (Serving for 4) of Sugar-Free Jello Instant Pudding (Vanilla or Cheesecake Flavor)
One 8 oz. tub of Sugar-Free Cool Whip
Pour undrained pineapple into a bowl or container. Sprinkle the dry pudding mix on top and stir. Allow it to sit for a couple of minutes. Fold in the Cool Whip. Cover and chill in the fridge for several hours before serving. The dessert will thicken up as it chills.Enjoy!
