PIZZA:
Here is the recipe:
1/4 Cup (30g) Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
1/2 Scoop (15g) Baking Protein or Your Choice Protein Powder (Vanilla works great!)
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/8 Teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 Ounces Milk (or Milk Substitute)
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Couple Tablespoons Pizza Sauce
Oregano
1/8 Cup (14g) Your Choice Lower Fat Cheese
Mini Pepperoni Slices *Optional
Calories in the WHOLE recipe:
Calories: 339
Fat: 15g
Saturated Fat: 3g
Sodium: 289mg
Carbs: 31g
Fiber: 4g
Sugar: 3g
Protein: 20g
How to make:
1. Take out at least a 12 ounce bowl or cup
2. Add in and mix together your Flour, Protein, Baking Powder, and Salt
3. Add in your Milk and Olive Oil and mix everything together until your clumps are gone
4. Smooth out your drop and layer on your Sauce, Oregano, Cheese, and Pepperoni Slices
5. Microwave for 60-90 seconds depending on how powerful your microwave is (once it starts bubbling it’s done)
Tip:
Top it with whatever ingredients you want!
DONUT:
Here is the recipe:
1/2 Tablespoon Melted Butter
2 Tablespoons (14g) Coconut Flour
2 Tablespoons (14g) Almond Flour
1 Large Whole Egg
1/2 Scoop (15g) Baking Protein or Your Choice Protein Powder (Vanilla works great!)
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup (2 Ounces) Milk (or Milk Substitute)
1 Teaspoon Sweetener
1 Tablespoon (16g) Peanut Butter
Calories in the WHOLE recipe:
Calories: 367
Fat: 23g
Saturated Fat: 9g
Sodium: 170mg
Carbs: 15g
Fiber: 8g
Sugar: 4g
Protein: 25g
How to make:
1. Take out a bowl or mug and add all of your ingredients into it
2. Mix everything together until the clumps are gone
3. Push your Peanut Butter into the center of your donut (using your finger works best)
4. Microwave for around a minute depending on how powerful your microwave is
Tips:
Check your donut every 20-30 seconds so you don’t burn it (once it rises above the bowl or mug it’s done)!
Wet your finger before pushing in your peanut butter and it won’t stick!
