Welcome to #HowToBeHappyJanuary! Today I wanted to show you a few healthy recipes for the new year. These are perfect for healthy lunch ideas, healthy dinner ideas, healthy snack ideas, and they are easy and inspired by the new year for healthy eating! I love simple recipes that involve vegetables, healthy foods, vegetarian options, vegan, Pinterest inspired for kids or for college, or healthy lunch ideas for school. Healthy eating in 2017 is also going to be super yummy!
I also wanted to chat with you about happiness and how to be happy. Through the year, it can be tough to not only stay happy in the face of struggle, but to also not let struggle defeat your motivation, your good intentions and your effort in life. Eating healthy is one way to take care of your body, but mentally, its important to give yourself a break as well. happiness is something you can choose, but sometimes the choice itself gets exhausting. I hope that as we go through the month, I can feature a lot of your input and suggestions for how to be happy, whether that be recipes, quotes, or just comments that resonated with me.
Being happy has a lot to do with your mindset and fueling your body in the correct way.
